Sleeve Style - Choose Your Sleeve Type

Choose between leather or wool sleeves
Choose your sleeve style of either Classic or Raglan and then click a color in the palette to change jacket sleeve color.
If you want your wool sleeves to be the same color as your body color, then choose "Same Color as Body". If you would like to select a different color for your wool sleeves, then choose "Different Color Sleeves" and you will then be able to select from the color palette provided.

Body Color

Collar Style

If you choose “Sport Collar”, the collar will automatically match the body color you have previously chosen.
If you choose “Knit Collar”, you will be prompted to select a pattern followed by a choice of colors from the palette provided. *Note – the color and pattern you choose here will automatically be the same for the jacket trim option below.
If you choose “Zippered Hood”, you will be prompted to select a color from the palette provided.
If you choose “Sailor”, you will be prompted to select a hood color and a braid color (trim) from the palettes provided.
You can add a leather undercollar (our most popular style) or have a different color wool undercollar (alternate wool undercollar).
Based on our most popular style, this option has already been chosen for you.

Trim Pattern

Please select a pattern style for your jacket trim. You have a choice of Solid Knit, Two-Color Knit or Two-Color Knit with White Feathering.

If you choose Solid Knit, you will be prompted to select a color from the palette provided.

If you choose Two-Color Knit, you will be prompted to select a main stripe color and a detail stripe color from the palette provided.

If you choose Two-Color Knit with White Feathering, you will be prompted to select a main stripe and a detail stripe color from the palette provided.

Shoulder Stripes

If you would like to add shoulder stripes, please select how many.

If you choose 2 shoulder stripes, you will be prompted to pick the 1st stripe color (starting from top) followed by the 2nd stripe color (bottom stripe) from the palette provided.

If you choose 3 shoulder stripes (available in leather only), you will be only selecting a total of 2 colors.  Choose the color for the top and bottom stripes (outside stripes) and then choose the color for the middle stripe (inside stripe) from color palette provided.

Pocket Color

Undercollar Embroidery

You can choose to customize your undercollar by adding embroidery (extra $18).
  • • Choose your text style of either block or script
  • • Enter your text
  • • Pick your embroidery color
Since we have already worked with your school to provide you the best possible jacket, most of the jacket’s style options, such as collar, colors, lettering material and placement will already be chosen for you. All you have to do is enter your customization information and choose your emblems.
Based on your collar selection in a previous step, undercollar embroidery is not available.

Back Lettering

You can add lettering to the top and/or bottom of your jacket’s back. (Per letter price varies depending on material and size selection.)
  • • Select lettering style of either 2-color chenille (most popular), chenille nameplate, 2-color felt or 1-color felt
  • • Select you lettering size (either 2” high or 3” high). The height of the letters on the chenille nameplate are determined by the number of letters and no choice is necessary.
  • • Type in your text
  • • Pick your layout (either straight or arc)
  • • Choose your colors (for the 2-color chenille and 2-color felt, you will choose the main color first, followed by a border color. You also have the option of choosing a second border color. For the Chenille Nameplate, you will choose the color of the letters and the color of border/plate.)
Since we have already worked with your school to provide you the best possible jacket, most of the jacket’s style options, such as collar, colors, lettering material and placement will already be chosen for you. All you have to do is enter your customization information and choose your emblems.
*Note – Back Lettering and emblems are sewn on underneath the hood or sailor collar and are being displayed on top for viewing purposes only.

Back Emblem

You can add an 8” chenille emblem to your jacket’s back (prices vary depending on emblem style). Use the drop-down menu to choose an emblem category. Once you pick a category, the emblems within that category will be displayed for you to select. Then select your emblem’s main color and detail color. You also have the option of selecting a border color, and a year insert (up to 4 digits). The year insert can be part of the emblem or stand alone.
Since we have already worked with your school to provide you the best possible jacket, most of the jacket’s style options, such as collar, colors, lettering material and placement will already be chosen for you. All you have to do is enter your customization information and choose your emblems.

You can choose whether you want to supply your own varsity letter (for a $7 sew fee) or have us design one for you (for $15.95).
You can have up to 2 sport inserts sewn onto your letter ($7 each – only available for letters that we manufacture).

To calculate the best measurement, measure the largest part of your chest (around the back, across the shoulder blades and under the arms). If your waist measurement is larger than your chest, use your waist measurement to order.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you intend to wear a sweater or sweatshirt under your jacklet, add two inches to your chest and then use the appropriate chart to determine size. If your size falls between two sizes, order the next largest size.
